To develop a home with independent - living skill training center and assisted employment generating center to secure rights and improve the quality of life of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities and their families in the country.

To provide holistic lifelong solution to PWIDs and their ageing parents. Jaipur would be perfect place to start this residential locality, because of its proximity from NCR, Gujrat and Madhya Pradesh and the hospitable culture of Rajasthan, it stands out for such project.

Manageable metro city – flavour of metro with local touch The large PWID population needs a place where they will be made to feel the part of the society.

With proper marketing and implementation this project would see a great demand from the 50 lakh PWID families present in the northern and western region.

The Independent Living Training Program Started with two trainees (with intellectual disabilities) on 20 March 2022 and it is expandable to 4 trainees.

Employment & Life Skill Training Center (ELSTC) is running for past 11 years

(ELSTC) now has assisted employment unit for different production work to generate employments for PwIDDs
