He worked in consumer electronics & durable industry in production, maintenance and majorly in service management in top multinational and Indian companies such as Philips, Electrolux, Tata Sky, Tata Tele etc. His last assignment as professional was in German Multinational B2X Care, a global service provider for brands such Samsung, Apple, One Plus, Motorola, Lenovo, MI and many more.

Garima has made group of parents of children with autism. The person who gave inspiration to Garima is none other than her child Vatsal. Vatsal is also autistic, but it did not occur cause of pain or weakness for his mother, but as a mission unfolded. Special Educator, who is dedicated to empower child's with special needs to create their own identity.

As a special educator, she wants to ensure the involvement of parents of students with additional requisites in the educational processes of their child's. She has collaborated closely with teachers, other professionals and administrators to encourage the teaching and learning of students with additional requisites and bring positive changes in their lives.

Vijay Sir has passion to work with person with intellectual disability. He believes in developing driving skills in intellectual disability. That makes the person much more calm. He patiently deals with person(with intellectual disability) during his aggressive behaviour and supports family and person to come out of anxious moments.
